These protein balls are gluten free, dairy free and require no bake, no mess, and no whey! Instead, Coast Chocolate Protein powder is used giving these bite-sized goodies an extra boost of protein and fiber.
- 8 dates
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 serving Coast's Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until a thick sticky consistency is reached. If it is too dry add some nut milk or water. Form into balls and store in the fridge until ready to eat! Makes 20 protein balls.
