Last September we had the pleasure of collaborating with Victoria-based FATSO hybrid peanut butter. Their delicious PB contains all sorts of healthy fats like MCT oil, coconut oil and avocado oil. It pairs perfectly with Coast's high-protein cricket protein powder.  


Ingredients

33g Coast Vanilla Cricket Protein Powder

2 tbsp FATSO Hybrid Peanut Butter

1/2 cup loosely packed Kale

1tbsp Parsley

1/2 an averaged sized avocado

1/4 cup Cashews

2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds

3/4 cup Nut Mylk

Method

Pre-blend the cashews with the nut mylk for a minute or so to get a better consistency. Slowly add the mylk about a tbsp at a time. 

Blend the rest of the ingredients and enjoy!

Makes 2 servings
