The classic favourite with a Coast Protein twist!
1 cup milk of any type
1 serving of PB Protein powder
1 cup of raspberries or strawberries
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp yogurt of any type
2 tbsp of rolled oats or hemp seeds
Ice - optional
1. Blend the oats into a fine powder, then add all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
2. If using ice, use it sparingly, to begin with, or it can make your smoothie lumpy.
