1/3 cup Coast Vanilla Protein Powder

1 tbsp spirulina

Big handful of spinach

1/2 frozen zucchini

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries

1 cup almond milk

2 tbsp almond butter

1 date

1 tbsp flax

1 scoop collagen peptides

Dash of cinnamon

Topped with chia seeds
