Who knew that peanut putter and greens would go together so well! This recipes uses Coast Peanut Butter protein powder and avocado to create a creamy healthy smoothie. This smoothie packs tons of Fiber, Protein and Vitamin A.
- 1 serving of Coast Peanut Butter Protein Powder
- 1/3 cup frozen avocado chunks
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 heaping cup of spinach or greens of your choice
- 1/3 cup unsweetened nut milk - we like Silk's Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter- like Adam's
- Combine all ingredients in blender.
- Blend on high, adjusting liquid and ice until desired consistency is achieved.
- Pour into bowl or cup and top with favourite toppings!
