- 1 serving Coast Protein Vanilla Protein Powder
- .5 cup of frozen mixed berries
- 1 tablespoon of Flax seeds
- 1 tsp of Chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of Cacao powder
- 1 tsp of ashwanga powder (apparently good for stress management)
- 1 tsp of hemp hearts (Try Natera!)
- 1 handful of spinach or kale
- Half of an Avocado
