From Jessie's interview, her personally made, and delicious power smoothie. Use this smoothie to power your training sessions for you next big adventure!

Recipe: 

  • 1 serving Coast Protein Vanilla Protein Powder
  • .5 cup of frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon of Flax seeds
  • 1 tsp of Chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of Cacao powder
  • 1 tsp of ashwanga powder (apparently good for stress management)
  • 1 tsp of hemp hearts (Try Natera!)
  • 1 handful of spinach or kale
  • Half of an Avocado
