Flavours of Fall Cricket Smoothie

Ingredients

2 scoops Coast Vanilla Protein Powder

4 whole figs

2 pitted dates

1/3 cup chopped pecans or 2 tbsp pecan butter

1 cup steeped and chilled earl grey tea

1/2 cup unsweetened hemp milk

1 tsp unpasteurized honey

2 tbsp ground flax seeds

1 tbsp cinnamon

few dashes of ground allspice and clove

1 handful of ice cubes

Method

Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth

Pour into glasses and serve
